Job Overview:

A seasoned sales professional is needed to lead and expand key client relationships within the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage and develop key client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive new business development through market analysis and targeted outreach to potential clients.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and product solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Utilize CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage client information, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors.
  • A strong client-focused approach with proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage client interactions.
  • A strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work autonomously, stay motivated, and deliver results.
