Beauty Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Part-Time Beauty Sales Specialist to join our team in our Concord store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring each interaction is a positive one.
  • Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize entrepreneurial spirit to build a loyal client base by delivering tailored solutions.
  • Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions utilizing the POS System, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain correct store promotions and signage as well as stock and display merchandising, creating an engaging shopping experience.
  • Cash handling and performing opening and closing duties, including bank deposits, with precision and accuracy.
  • Oversee the maintenance of store inventory as it pertains to sending and receiving stock, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional service skills – develop and maintain positive relationships with our loyal client base.
  • Retail product knowledge is essential to promote sales growth; willingness to stay up-to-date on latest products and trends.
  • Solid visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail, showcasing products in an attractive manner.
  • Showcase technical aptitude - ability to learn a new computer system quickly, adapting to new technologies.
  • Highly motivated and reliable individuals sought after, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities – Thrive in a team setting and work independently.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications or experience in beauty industry required, demonstrating a clear understanding of industry standards.
