Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
