Job Role: Product Portfolio Expert

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our product range across portfolios, providing guidance to internal teams and customers.
  • Design learning plans and collaborate with account managers to deliver tailored product training sessions.
  • Mentor internal teams to develop their skills in becoming confident trainers themselves.
  • Analyse feedback and trends to stay up-to-date with market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in product specialisation or training, or marketing roles.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to self-manage workload effectively to meet set goals.
  • Excellent group facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving approaches.
  • Knowledge of adult teaching and learning principles.
  • Proven aptitude in using various systems.
