Product Knowledge Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer experiences and sharing your knowledge of different types of ale, lager, merlot, and shiraz with customers.
The successful candidate will be able to provide a high level of service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records. If you have a passion for the liquor industry and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
About You and Your Skills- Provide exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- Be knowledgeable about our products, engaging with customers and answering their queries.
- While experience is valuable, your personality and passion for the liquor industry will set you apart.
- Be able to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and reaching stock.
Please note that an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required for employment selling liquor in Australia.
