Job Description

The Strategic Portfolio & Performance Manager will lead and oversee strategic planning processes and systems.

This role is responsible for driving delivery of strategic initiatives and projects, building project management and continuous improvement capability across the organisation.

  • Oversee and manage the Strategic Planning & Performance function to ensure strategies meet current and future requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate the annual strategic planning process and review.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and projects.

This position provides strategic support to the Synod Leadership Team and key change leaders in the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

The successful applicant must have a commitment to the ethos of the Uniting Church and experience in leading a Planning & Project Management Office or similar function.
