About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capability Lead/Manager to join our team at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping to build future-focused people capabilities across our business.

In this role, you will work closely with our enterprise Strategic Capability team, divisional capability teams, and business stakeholders to craft blended solutions that build capabilities at pace. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging and contextualizing our enterprise capability solutions to equip our leaders to deliver people fundamentals well and lead through transformation.
  • Partnering with the enterprise Strategic Capability team, capability colleagues, and key business stakeholders to ensure that priority segment capability solutions are fit-for-purpose and impactful on our business's capability requirements.
  • Designing impactful capability experiences, underpinned by sound pedagogical principles and human-centered design principles, leveraging existing ANZ-approved tools and platforms.
  • Engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Accountable Executives, subject matter experts, technical specialists, and the broader capability community.
  • Developing strategies for measurement and evaluation of capability interventions in line with our measurement framework, and aligned to our business's specific objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for solution design, project management, evaluation, and review.
  • Designing and executing culture interventions, particularly where pertinent to prioritized segments.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Extensive experience in the discovery, design, build, implementation, and measurement of capability interventions using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Experience in leading, designing, and developing engaging blended learning experiences that measurably add value to the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to think differently and with an outside-in perspective about how people engage with learning at ANZ, with a strong interest in experimenting with different learning approaches at pace and with care.
  • Extensive stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship building expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously in pursuit of a shared goal.
  • Broader organizational development/culture experience will be highly regarded.
