We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capability Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive capability development and maximize workforce performance through innovative learning and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration at all levels
  • Lead capability development initiatives by leading the work and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Performance consulting, including assessment and analysis, measurement, and evaluation
  • Product ownership for capability initiatives
  • Thought leadership and best practice
  • Capability solution development and embedment strategies and execution plans
  • Conduct research to understand the problem, opportunity or challenge, learners environment, needs, motivations and preferences

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience including a proven track record in consulting, designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organisational development, Adult education, Learning, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Professional Services, and Adult Education, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful solutions for professional development, career pathing, CPD, and accreditation frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organisation skills, and product ownership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in learning and development methodologies, tools, assessments, principles, practices instructional design, and product management practices
  • Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, user research techniques, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, adaptive learning) and a demonstrated creativity, empathy, and passion for designing transformative learning experiences
  • Exposure to career coaching and mentoring practices
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Experience in building capability and skills frameworks, learner journey mapping, career pathing, capability and talent assessments, capability benchmarking, and embedding learning through the 70:20:10 approach
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to operate in a changing environment
