Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration at all levels
- Lead capability development initiatives by leading the work and ensuring quality outcomes
- Performance consulting, including assessment and analysis, measurement, and evaluation
- Product ownership for capability initiatives
- Thought leadership and best practice
- Capability solution development and embedment strategies and execution plans
- Conduct research to understand the problem, opportunity or challenge, learners environment, needs, motivations and preferences
- Analyse learning data to iteratively improve learning experiences and impact
- Project management
- Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging trends in learning and capability development
- 5+ years of experience including a proven track record in consulting, designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organisational development, Adult education, Learning, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Professional Services, and Adult Education, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful solutions for professional development, career pathing, CPD, and accreditation frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organisation skills, and product ownership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in learning and development methodologies, tools, assessments, principles, practices instructional design, and product management practices
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, user research techniques, and data analysis
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, adaptive learning) and a demonstrated creativity, empathy, and passion for designing transformative learning experiences
- Exposure to career coaching and mentoring practices
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in building capability and skills frameworks, learner journey mapping, career pathing, capability and talent assessments, capability benchmarking, and embedding learning through the 70:20:10 approach
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to operate in a changing environment
