We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Capability Manager to join our People and Culture team at St Joseph's. This is a newly created role that will play a critical part in developing and delivering frameworks, programs, and initiatives that enhance staff performance and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of staff performance and capability frameworks, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of staff.
- Develop and implement a data-driven approach to staff engagement and wellbeing.
- Manage the staff induction program and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new staff members.
- Design and deliver staff development programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate training programs and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to deliver innovative, evidence-based solutions that are tailored to the workplace.
- Ability to plan and deliver work and projects aligned to strategic objectives.
- Professional experience in learning and development with expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training and leadership development programs.
- Agile with the ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
