About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capability Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving capability development and maximizing workforce performance through innovative learning and development solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Capability Development Initiatives: Lead the design, development, and implementation of capability development initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve employee effectiveness.
  • Performance Consulting: Provide performance consulting services to identify gaps in capability and develop targeted solutions to address these gaps.
  • Product Ownership: Take ownership of capability initiatives, ensuring quality outcomes and effective delivery.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our capability development programs.
  • Capability Solution Development: Develop and implement capability solutions that meet business needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the problem, opportunity, or challenge, and analyze data to inform capability development initiatives.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of capability development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting, designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, adult education, learning, psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organization skills, as well as product ownership skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in learning and development methodologies, tools, assessments, principles, practices, instructional design, and product management practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to operate in a changing environment.
