About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Land Access Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Land Access team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of Conduct and Compensation Agreements. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail, proactive management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and execution.
- Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and key metrics.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the land access team.
We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should have a solid understanding of contract law and best practices, as well as experience with contract management software and office tools.
