About the Role
As a Land Access Coordinator at our Brisbane offices, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of Conduct and Compensation Agreements. Your role will involve meticulous attention to detail, proactive management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will oversee contract creation, execution, and compliance, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and execution.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and key metrics.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.
- Support: Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the land access team.
About You
