Job Description

Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to support the recovery and function of clients, regardless of age or situation.

Our comprehensive services cover a range of areas, including workers compensation, motor accident schemes, and life insurance.

Additionally, we are the exclusive provider of occupational rehabilitation services to the Australian Defence Force in Australia.

Role Overview:

  • Taking a holistic approach, you will work within our team to support rehabilitation journeys from rehab to healing.
  • You will perform various assessments based on your clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Strong clinical reasoning.
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience highly regarded.
