Rehabilitation Consultant Job

Are you passionate about helping people recover and return to work after an injury or illness? We have an excellent opportunity for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist) to join our team in Canberra. As a member of our team, you will assist with the recovery, return to work, and life of injured individuals. You will conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios, support people to recover and return to their pre-injury employment using your clinical skills and knowledge, and interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You
  • We are looking for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, or Psychologists (with relevant professional membership). Provisionally Registered Psychologists are also welcome to apply.
  • Desire to work in occupational rehabilitation is essential.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check are mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach are highly valued.
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement is expected.
