Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assess and manage cases related to workers compensation, CTP and workplace health & safety assessments, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Support individuals to recover from injury and return to work through client-centered care, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
  • Utilise Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments to inform evidence-based recovery plans, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • The successful applicant will hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology, as well as relevant industry accreditation (e.g. AHPRA/ESSA).
  • They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, client-focused approach to their work.
  • A passion for helping others and commitment to integrity and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
