About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing law firm, where you will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the firm's ongoing success. As a Customer Service/Call-Centre Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone and email
- Handling new client enquiries and providing initial support
- Working closely with our solicitors to allocate cases and arrange client-solicitor meetings
- Providing administrative support to our lawyers as needed
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $45,000-$75,000, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, learn from the best, and contribute to the firm's ongoing success. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 18 months of experience working in a busy phone-based customer service role
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
- Clear communication and warm, friendly professional phone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fast typing and data entry speed (minimum 55-60wpm)
