About the Role:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Sales Team Leader.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales, preferably selling high-value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods or travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of positivity and collaboration.
  • Drive sales performance by utilizing expertise in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and safety regulations.
