Digital Operations Director

Oversee the digital delivery ecosystem for growth across multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination and effective campaign planning.

Job Summary

This role involves leading and evolving the digital delivery framework to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling delivery systems, integrating AI tools, and mentoring team leads.

  • Develop and refine delivery systems that enable scale, consistency, and speed.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into marketing workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign delivery framework from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
  • Implement bottom-up planning systems that support forecasting, pacing, and performance tracking.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7+ years in digital operations, performance marketing, or agency leadership.
  • Proven experience scaling delivery systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong grasp of digital strategy, media performance, and growth planning.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, content automation, campaign optimization).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like GA4, Meta Business Suite, DV360, and project management tools.
