We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive our digital transformation, streamlining supply chain interactions between clients, care managers, accounts payable, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, with the ability to identify commercial drivers and priorities. Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential, along with adaptability and planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sourcing strategy based on client spending patterns, leveraging our national scale and service mix for improved pricing and commercial returns.
  • Digitize procure-to-pay processes between clients, care managers, accounts payable, and suppliers.
  • Optimize supplier performance through monitoring and compliance adherence.
  • Implement data-driven insights to enhance overall service delivery and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digitizing services sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management with senior leadership capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen to identify commercial drivers and priorities.
  • Adaptability, negotiation, contract management, and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
