You will play a pivotal role in driving digital product development and delivery, enhancing organisational capability through strategic influence and expertise.

As a senior leader, you will lead cross-functional teams from opportunity identification and solution design through to development, delivery, and optimisation - driving improvements in both digital experience and sales performance.

About the Opportunity

This is an instrumental role in delivering exceptional online experiences. You will ensure your team is equipped with the right processes, rituals, capabilities, and culture to deliver high-impact digital products that drive meaningful value for customers and the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a digital squad from opportunity and design through to development and delivery, ultimately improving digital experience and sales metrics.
  • Champion digital product capability and remit within the organisation.
  • Develop and deliver digital product strategy in both digital products and ways of working.
  • Work closely with technology, frontline, product teams, digital teams, marketing, and customers to gain a deep understanding of customer problems and potential solutions.

Key aspects include:

  • Prioritising initiatives to deliver value as early as possible.
  • Documenting findings into specifications, user stories, etc. that will be used as the foundation of the development and testing phases.
  • Using research, analysis, and decision-making skills to develop achievable roadmaps for enhancements and bug fixes.

To succeed, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a senior Digital Product Owner and leading cross-functional teams from Design through to Delivery.
  • Proven experience in delivering digital product features and enhancements that have driven both customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to articulate digital product decisions to cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders.
