Game Operations Specialist

As a Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the gaming operations at one of our venues. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain high standards of gaming operation, with a focus on process, procedure, and compliance.
- Develop procedures, train staff, and provide upskilling for existing and new staff across multiple locations.
- Foster a strong team culture through inductions and staff development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of five years' experience in gaming management or a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in gaming, excellent cash handling skills, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems on the go.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a vital part of this role.

- A current Victorian gaming license, RSA, RSG, and TAB accreditation.
- First aid, food handling certificates, and food and beverage service skills are advantageous.
