Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Game Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and functionality in our arcade and redemption store.

Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of our venue, including restocking prizes and supplies, and performing routine cleaning tasks.

About the Role

As a Game Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other staff members to ensure seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional guest services, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our arcade and redemption store, including restocking prizes and supplies.
  • Ensuring all games and attractions are functioning properly, reporting any technical issues to the relevant teams.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
