Gaming supervisors play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
  • Ensure the gaming room is maintained at a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, lighting, and ambiance.
  • Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
  • Verify that all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of staff management. This position requires flexibility, as you may be required to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • TAB Compliance
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Able to lift boxes, kegs or stock, stand for long periods of time, and utilise stairs.
