Key Role in Workforce Management

A key member of our business area, you will lead and provide strategic advice to a small team of professionals who actively support our workforce to manage complex physical and psychological conditions and injuries.

You will work closely with specialist teams and generalist HR professionals to identify and influence the implementation of innovative early intervention and rehabilitation strategies to support our clients.

The successful applicant will determine and deliver a variety of HR intervention strategies and priorities to ensure we maximise productivity and effectiveness of our employees. You will mentor peers and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

These roles are part of a team that works collaboratively to achieve the right outcomes for the organisation and manage competing priorities by being agile and adaptive to the changing environment.

The roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations across Australia.

We are looking for individuals who can provide strategic advice, lead teams, and implement innovative solutions to support our clients.
