Job Description:

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC.

We are passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans. Our team takes pride in strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Role involves delivering assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances. You will conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career, collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

You will identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce. Your role also involves visiting workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work.
