Compliance Manager - Workforce Rehabilitation

This role will see you working closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement compliance strategies across the business. You will be responsible for ensuring all contracts, policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract management, quality management and/or workplace rehabilitation roles, as well as a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. They will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to interpret complex documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies across the business
  • Ensure all contracts, policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related issues
