About You
Tertiary qualification in Psychology (5th year/Masters degree required), Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Innovative mindset; willingness to bring new ideas to the table
The Role
Deliver assessments and counselling to people adapting to a sudden change in career goals and circumstances
Conduct assessments to guide people toward new career paths
Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce
Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured/ill workers and educate employers on the health benefits of good work
