You will interact with members from all walks of life, driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
* Open and close the club as per the club roster
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Requirements:

* Current First Aid & CPR certificate
* Problem-solving mindset - you can provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
* Gift for communication - you can talk to anyone with ease, and inspire them to take action
* Drive - you are goal-focused and continuously looking for new ways to excel yourself
* Team player - you can rally through the hard times and celebrate personal and team success
* Customer-focused - you can build rapport with people of all backgrounds and are motivated to help them achieve their goals
