Morning Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Morning Concierge. As the face of our building, you will provide exceptional service experiences that foster strong relationships with clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premium concierge services to residents of high-end apartment complexes in Sydney.
  • Provide 5-star front desk services to all residents and guests.
  • Assist the Building Manager with issues related to By Laws, resident car park management, reporting, and key auditing.
  • Monitor relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
  • Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols.
  • Prepare incident reports as necessary and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure the entry and lifts remain tidy and presentable.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ability to build rapport with residents and establish cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.

  • A uniform is provided.
  • Training is offered prior to the first shift.
