About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to provide exceptional concierge services to residents of high-end apartment complexes in Sydney.

As the face of the building, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading customer experiences that build strong relationships between us and our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-star front desk services to all residents and guests
  • Assist with issues related to resident By Laws, car park access, reporting, and key auditing
  • Monitor relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds
  • Distribute and secure all resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning
  • Internal and external patrolling
  • Complete incident reports when necessary and respond to emergencies
  • Maintain tidy and presentable entry points and lifts

Requirements:

  • Availability to work late nights
  • Able to build rapport with residents and foster cooperative relationships with the team
  • Front of house or customer service experience
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills
