Weekend Night Concierge Role

We are seeking a dedicated and approachable individual to fill the position of Weekend Night Concierge.

The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service experiences to residents and visitors of high-end apartment complexes in Sydney. As the face of the building, you will provide a professional welcome and assist the Building Manager in maintaining the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and secure environment for residents and visitors.
  • Provide outstanding customer interactions that foster a strong connection between Excel and its clients and their guests.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Nationally Recognised Security License.
  • Experience in front-of-house or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adhere to Site Procedures and Company Policies.
  • Professional presentation at all times.
  • Punctuality and proactive approach.

Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday from 11pm to 7am.
