ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be crucial in providing a warm welcome and directing our visitors and members to the right places, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities :

Act as the first point of contact for all external visitors and members.Manage the front desk, ensuring coverage at all times.Direct visitors to the mailroom, Members Lounge, and conference areas.Assist with basic inquiries and provide information on events and seminars.Support the Facilities team with maintenance contractors and garage access.
