Exceptional Concierge Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional concierge services to residents of high-end apartment complexes in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 5-star front desk service to residents and guests
  • Assist the Building Manager and Head Concierge with various tasks
  • Monitor building access and maintain database records
  • Secure resident keys and property
  • Patrol the building and surrounding areas
Requirements
  • Front of house or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends
  • Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office
