Sydney Apartment Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional front desk services to residents of high-end Sydney-based apartment complexes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a 5-star experience at all times.
- Assist the building management team with various tasks, including resident support, key control, and security monitoring.
- Monitor visitor movements, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
- Maintain accurate databases, respond to emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Perform regular internal and external patrols to ensure the building's security and integrity.
- Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain a clean and presentable environment, ensuring entry points and lifts are tidy and well-maintained.
Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
