Customer Service Email Support Job Description

At Remote Staff, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Email Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via email to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Email Support: Monitor incoming support emails and respond promptly, ensuring a resolution is provided within a timely manner.
  • Customer Support: Diagnose email subjects and bodies to determine support requests, and provide accurate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, providing clear and concise responses.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, specifically in email support.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook web, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.
  • Logistics: Familiarity with international freight forwarding and logistics is a plus.
