Job Summary

We are seeking a Parking Officer to join our team at Fiona Stanley Hospital. As a key member of the Vehicle and Traffic Management Service (VTMS), you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of vehicles, maintaining parking equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of vehicles and maintain parking equipment">
  • Provide excellent customer service to hospital users">
  • Patrol the hospital site to monitor parking violations and issue infringements as necessary">
  • Perform maintenance and replenishment of parking machines">
  • Assist the public with parking queries and concerns">
  • Report and address hazards, faulty equipment, and signage issues">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong organisation and time management skills">
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Willingsness to work outdoors in all weather conditions">
  • Sound computer literacy and problem-solving skills">
  • Valid Working With Childrens Check">
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or parking enforcement environment (desirable)">
