Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated ecology professional to lead our team in NSW as a Practice Leader – Ecology.

The successful candidate will have a degree in ecology, environmental science or a related discipline and a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in ecological consulting, project delivery and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will be a respected technical leader with strong commercial acumen, able to navigate complexity, solve problems and deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of ecological professionals
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Drive delivery of significant projects and multidisciplinary programs
  • Provide high-level ecological expertise, reporting, and advisory support
  • Engage with clients, regulators and community stakeholders to communicate science and deliver value
  • Collaborate across teams to capitalise on inter-disciplinary opportunities
