This role is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, varied position where no two days are the same. As an Client Services Coordinator within our Patrols division, you will work closely with the State Manager and patrols team to ensure contract delivery, subcontractor management, and high levels of customer service across a wide range of client accounts.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder skills and experience in a contract, facilities, or field services environment. You will have excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities include coordinating contract performance through tracking patrol data, KPIs, and compliance; supporting subcontractor management - performance monitoring, approvals, invoicing, and payments; liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, schedule patrols, and meet reporting obligations; overseeing resourcing needs including rosters, overtime, leave balances, and recruitment coordination.

Additionally, you will respond to client requests and ensure all service incidents are followed up, assist with report preparation, training compliance, and subcontractor reconciliations. A resilient and proactive approach, along with strong MS Office and general systems proficiency, is essential for this role.

Qualifications and requirements include no formal qualifications required, but experience and attitude are key. The ideal candidate must be available for an immediate start and possess strong MS Office and general systems proficiency.
