Job Role: Support Professional

The support professional plays a pivotal role in the supply chain, working at Lineage. This position involves operating materials handling equipment, resolving stock identification and location problems, contributing to continuous improvement, and maintaining registers.

About You:

You are highly organized with a reputation for attention to detail and a safety-first mindset. You will also present with proficient administrative skills, including MS Word, Excel, and ideally WMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating appropriate materials handling equipment under license
  • Resolving stock identification and location issues
  • Contributing to ongoing process improvements
  • Organising dispatch and receivable operations
  • Maintaining accurate records, including inventory control and preparing/reconciling reports on stock movements
  • Managing drive hours on-site as per the CoR process
  • Coordinating and confirming booking appointments with customers, carriers and within operational capacity
  • Ensuring all store administration tasks are complete, filed and scanned for auditing purposes
  • Reporting any safety or compliance incidents to Store Management immediately
