As an Operations Support Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our team.
">Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager, Area Managers, HR Business Partner, and broader Victoria Country Operations team.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and monitor systems that support operations, including purchasing, learning, and finance.
- Support safety management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Provide professional and timely customer service to existing and prospective internal, external, and corporate customers.
- Distribute key regional operations information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake administrative project work as required.
- Assist with harvest recruitment and coordinate regional training for employees.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative support role within a relevant industry (logistics/supply chain, agriculture, or similar).
- Sound written and oral communication skills and the ability to construct professional documents.
- Intermediate ability in MS Excel; bonus if you have some experience with finance, procurement, and/or people systems.
- High attention to detail and timeliness in completing work; proactive approach to work.
- Positive outlook and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
