The role of Administrative Support is pivotal in the management of a commercial property portfolio. This position involves supporting the end-to-end administration of properties across the region, encompassing lease administration, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, arrears management, compliance reporting, and client communication.
This administrative professional will be responsible for assisting with lease administration, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing tenant communications, responding to inquiries professionally, supporting financial processes, preparing reports, maintaining compliance records, and updating property files.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in Commercial Property, Property Management, or Administration
- Strong administration capabilities with the ability to interpret legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and autonomously
