Job Overview

We are seeking an Administration Support Specialist to join our team in the commercial property sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end management of a well-established commercial property portfolio across the Dubbo region. Key responsibilities include lease administration, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, arrears management, compliance reporting and client communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in administration and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager to provide operational and administrative support ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in commercial property, property management or administration, as well as strong administration capabilities and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills are essential for this role.

About You

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a solid understanding of commercial property operations and legislation
  • Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a current driver's license and be willing to obtain a certificate of registration (if required)
