
Commercial Portfolio Coordinator

The Administration Support Officer plays a vital role in managing commercial property portfolios across the Dubbo region.
Key Responsibilities:- Support lease administration and rent reviews
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor scheduling
- Manage tenant communications and respond to enquiries professionally
- Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, arrears, and recoverable outgoings
- Prepare reports, maintain compliance records, and update property files
- Provide operational support to the Commercial Property Manager
- Previous experience in Commercial Property, Property Management, or Administration
- Strong administration capabilities with the ability to interpret legislation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and autonomously
- Current driver's license and registration
- Degree in Business, Law, or related field (advantageous)
- Property Management certifications (desired)
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Communication and negotiation skills
