Job Title: Support Services Associate
Key Responsibilities:- Support commercial property operations, including lease administration and rent reviews.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks, contractor scheduling, and repairs.
- Provide exceptional client communications and manage tenant relations.
- Assist with financial processes, such as invoicing, arrears, and recoverable outgoings.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, update property files, and prepare reports.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial property, property management, or administration.
- Strong ability to interpret legislation and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team and autonomously.
- Current driver's license and a certificate of registration (or willingness to obtain one).
