We are seeking a highly qualified Trainer and Assessor to lead the delivery of qualifications in the Mining or Civil Construction field.

**Job Summary**:

To oversee the delivery of qualifications, we require a suitably experienced Trainer and Assessor with industry expertise and competency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Establish and maintain competency assessments based on requirements
  2. Conduct training and equipment pass out in a timely manner for new employees
  3. Develop and maintain training packages
  4. Deliver training courses to meet business needs
  5. Review system processes where deficiencies are identified through audits
  6. Liaise efficiently with clients to establish and build client relations

**Requirements**:

  1. A certificate IV in TAE40116 or higher
  2. Experience in Operations of Front End Loaders, Backhoe Loaders and Excavators

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  1. At least 3 years' experience as a Trainer and Assessor
  2. Holding RIIMPO319E or equivalent

**Work Environment:**

  1. 8 hour shift
  2. Monday to Friday

**Licensing/Certification:**

  1. Driver Licence (required)
