Key Leadership Role

Job Summary:

The Training Manager will oversee the development and implementation of training programs that meet industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive training initiatives that foster a culture of excellence.
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality training services, ensuring seamless client interactions and outcomes.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive growth, revenue, and organisational success.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and diversification.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine strategies, set performance goals, and evaluate progress.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, strengthening partnerships and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training programme development, RTO management, and healthcare training.
  • Strong knowledge of VET compliance, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to work independently and contribute to organisational direction.
  • Effective negotiator with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Process-driven with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technologies.
  • Professional communicator, able to represent the organisation with credibility across the industry.
