Senior Payroll Specialist

This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work as a senior payroll professional.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple payrolls across various frequencies for accuracy and timeliness, interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and policies for correct employee payments, maintaining accurate records of pay transactions, leave balances, staff movements, and WorkCover payments, performing complex payroll calculations including leave accruals, superannuation, redundancy, and tax, investigating and resolving discrepancies, processing back payments when required, supporting compliance and reporting requirements, including headcount, staff movement, leave liability, and FBT reports, assisting with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
