Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join our team at Intro Recruitment Solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage accounts receivable and payable, maintain the general ledger, and oversee cash flow management.
  • Annual Reporting: Handle the preparation and submission of annual reports and declarations, including TPAR, Work Cover, Qleave, QBCC, and insurances.
  • BAS & IAS Preparation: Responsible for the preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure compliance with current state and federal employment awards through Single Touch Payroll.
  • Superannuation and Record Keeping: Manage employee records with confidentiality and oversee superannuation contributions.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare client documentation from contract initiation to job completion, ensuring thorough contract administration.
  • General Office Duties: Perform various clerical tasks to support office operations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the management team with a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a Certificate IV or higher.
  • Proficiency in Xero Software, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Receivable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Building Construction industry is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Marketing knowledge is advantageous.
