Role Overview

This role provides accounts support to the Gallagher broking and finance teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and allocating client payments to invoices, including direct deposits, BPAY, and credit card transactions
  • Allocating credit and debit invoices
  • Processing client refunds, including administration and approval steps
  • Weekly processing of underwriter payments
  • Monthly processing of subagent payments
Requirements

We're seeking a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the insurance industry. Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong teamwork and willingness to support others
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
