Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the contractual aspects of our operations.

You will work closely with various teams to manage the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts within prescribed parameters.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Tier 1 projects and a strong understanding of contract administration principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts.
  • Manage financial administration for the project.
  • Manage site office administration for the project.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparation and review of the project monthly report.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Economics, Law or Business.
  • Relevant experience in Tier 1 projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
